This collection of activity pages has been
made with the program of the Girl Guides of Canada in mind. The pages
may be downloaded or printed for use by leaders working with girls
between the ages of 9-12.
The buttons on the left will lead you to
individual pages of activities. With many of the activities I have
included a Leader's
page that has suggestions and explanations to answer questions that
the girls may have.
I have put this
information together because as a leader of a Girl Guide unit I was
unable to find information presented in a fun format for young girls to
learn and to create an interest in our Canadian Women's history and their
ongoing contributions to our society.
These
pages are meant to be the beginning of a learning journey that anyone
can take to learn about Canadian Women.
Please print and use the information for your
Guiding Unit. If you cannot print the information and wish to have a
copy mailed to you please e-mail me and I shall be pleased to make sure
you receive a complete copy.
